One of the wells, MW4, is only being used for <br /> water level measurements. Another well, MW3, is adjacent to ponds used for the <br /> treatment and storage of wastewater. Wells MW 1 and MW2 are on the southern (down <br /> gradient) edge of a 14-acre field used for land application of wastewater. MW5 is on the <br /> up gradient side of the facility and is considered as the background well. Figure 1 is a <br /> sketch map of the site showing the five monitoring wells and the wastewater handling <br /> facilities. <br /> Quarterly groundwater sampling was performed on August 11, 2006, November 10, <br /> 2006, January 29, 2007, April 27, 2007, and September 28, 2007. The results for these <br /> sampling events have not previously been reported. The depth to water was measured in <br /> all wells prior to sampling. The water level measurements are given in Table 1, except <br /> for the August 11, 2006 round, which could not be located. <br /> Table 1.
