To their horror they have discovered that Peter Rausch, acting as <br /> attorney for Leroy Franvs (who had bid in the realty at a private-foredosure <br /> : .' sale) has gutted the operational facility, "junking- out the moveable and non- <br /> , moveable fixtures for a rumored $10,0W Two of ilte buildings have been <br /> ' virtjia�,y destroyed in taking out fixEures tlurough tl roof, and the cooling <br /> equipment, crusher, hoist, pumps, tanks, stills are all gone or rendered <br /> useieps.
