03/06/90 PHS-EHD received notice of Bankruptcy 985-1822-C,US Gasohol <br /> 10/18/84. <br /> 02/28/91 Mr. Parker indicated that Mr. Alexander was the contact person for the site <br /> and confirmed that one benzene underground tank existed at the site. <br /> 07/09/93 A fire occurred at the site and stored and abandoned chemicals were <br /> identified at the site. <br /> 07/22/93 Mr. Ray Tipton, identified as a potential owner, faxed a list of chemicals <br /> which were stored at the site. <br /> '1 L <br /> 11/10/93 Mr. Tipton sent letter stating he had no interest in the property and that he <br /> had found a 500 gallon empty fuel tank and a underground tank with <br /> ii bunker fuel. Mr. Tipton had an estimate of$75,000 to dispose of tanks <br /> and waste. <br /> a 07/06/95 PHS-EHD received complaint number CO000463 from Chief Busby <br /> concerning unsafe building(s) on the site. <br /> 07/1, 195 Site inspection by PHS-UID concerning complaint number CO000463. <br /> 07/31/95 Received at map from Chief Busby showing locations of underground <br /> tanks at site. <br /> 08/16/95 At the monthly meeting of the San Joaquin County Enforcement <br /> Coordination Team, the issue concerning substandard conditions at this <br /> location were discussed. <br /> 08/23.195 - A copy of tl-hazardous waste inspection report sent to Peter Rause. <br /> 08/24/95 Case submitted to Lisa Brown,Deputy District Attorney, concerning <br /> unsafe structures, abandoned underground storage tanks and hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> 07/02/96 The State Department of Toxic Substances Control provided onsite clean I <br /> up, testing and removal of 2,749 gallons of benzene,410 gallons of waste <br /> alkali liquid, 400 gallons of sodium hydroxide, and 150 lbs. of solid <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> .10114197 Complaint number CO009185 received from Dan Leary, Lockeford Fire' <br /> District, concerning vacant unsecured fire damaged property. <br /> 7 3 <br /> Y <br />
