During the period of 06/20/05 to 12/20/05 the permittee is authorized to discharge <br /> process wastewater to the City of Manteca sewer system from the discharges <br /> listed below. <br /> Description of discharges: <br /> Dischar e Descri tion <br /> 1 Discharge from groundwater treatment system (GAC <br /> filtration <br /> B. During the period of 06/20/05 to 12/20/05 discharge shall comply with effluent <br /> limitations of the City of Manteca Waste Ordinance (Section 13.020 of Manteca <br /> Municipal Code). This discharge consists of gasoline contaminated groundwater <br /> that has been treated through a three-stage granular.activated carbon filtration <br /> system to remove the gasoline contaminants. The maximum allowed rate of <br /> discharge shall be 10 gallons per minute. This rate shall be reduced if there are <br /> detrimental effects to the POTW or private property upstream or downstream <br /> attributed to the discharge. <br /> MTBE, TAME, 1,2 DCA, TPHG and BETX shall be at nondetect levels in the <br /> treated discharge <br /> li <br /> C. All discharges shall comply with all other applicable laws, regulations, standards, <br /> and requirements contained in City of Manteca Waste Ordinance and any <br /> applicable State and Federal pretreatment laws, regulations, standards, and <br /> requirements including any such laws, regulations, standards, or requirements that <br /> may become effective during the terns of this permit. <br /> i <br /> Permit No. 05-3 <br /> Cardoza Enterprises <br />
