National Categorical Standards <br /> The National Categorical Standards, found at 40 CFR Chapter I,Subchapter N,Parts <br /> 405-471, are hereby incorporated into this Waste Ordinance and made a part thereof. All <br /> categorical users are required to comply with those National Categorical Standards which <br /> are applicable to them. <br /> K. State requirements <br /> State requirements and limitations when adopted shall apply when they are more <br /> stringent than those in this permit or the Waste Ordinance. <br /> L. Point of application of Limits <br /> Compliance with the discharge limits and standards listed in this section shall be <br /> determined at a location or locations deemed appropriate by the Director of Public <br /> Works. Where the National Categorical Standards are applicable, the point of application <br /> shall be appropriate for these standards. <br /> M. Discharge—Accidental. <br /> Each user shall provide protection from accidental discharge of prohibited material or <br /> other substances regulated by this chapter. <br /> In the case of accidental discharge, it is the responsibility of the user to immediately <br /> notify the POTW by telephone of the incident. Failure to notify of an accidental <br /> discharge shall be cause to disconnect service. <br /> N. Industrial wastewater permit--Nontransferable. <br /> This permit shall not be reassigned or transferred or sold to anew owner, new user, <br /> different premises or a new or changed operation.. <br /> PART 6–CONFIDENTIALITY <br /> All information and data submitted by the industrial:user or obtained from the user, in <br /> accordance with this Waste Ordinance, shall be available.to the public or and <br /> governmental-agencies without restriction;unless protected by State law. <br /> Permit No. 05-3 <br /> Cardoza Enterprises <br />
