Main St. <br /> Manteca, CA <br /> Project No 662 2 <br /> March 27, 2002 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This report summarizes the 15Quarter 2002 groundwater monitoring and testing work that <br /> took place on January 8, 2002 The test results show that moderate concentrations of the <br /> oxygenated fuel compounds (MTBE & TBA) were detected in two of the site's three wells <br /> BTEX and TPH-G were not detected in any of the groundwater samples This data is <br /> consistent with past events <br /> The average elevation of groundwater at the site was 16 96 feet mean sea level, or <br /> ' approximately 22 feet below grade Groundwater gradient calculations show that <br /> groundwater flow was N831E with a slope of 0 0031 ft/ft The dominant groundwater <br /> direction has been to the east-northeast during the investigation <br /> 1.0 GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> 1 1.1 A dro eolo of Site <br /> Y g g3' <br /> ' The dominant soil type in the upper 40 feet of subsurface geologic soils investigated is fine <br /> to course grained sand alternating with plastic clays The average groundwater elevation on <br />
