(FORMERLY 224 NORTH MAIN), DIAMOND LUMBER, LODI, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> I received a letter, dated 1 July 1994, and site chronology from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. County staff have determined that no additional work is <br /> required at the site and have requested our review and concurrence with their finding. I have <br /> reviewed our file and found that it is incomplete. The site chronology contained references to <br /> the following activities and reports which are not in our file: <br /> 1. The underground tank removal on 14 February 1985; <br /> 2. A temporary monitoring well installed 20 March 1985; <br /> 3. A report, dated 19 December 1991, regarding installation of three monitoring wells on <br /> 23 November 1991; <br /> 4. The destruction of the temporary well on 2 December 1991; <br /> 5. A quarterly report, dated July 1992, for sampling conducted on 7 April 1992; <br /> 6. A quarterly report, dated October 1992, for sampling conducted on 1 September 1992; <br /> 7. A quarterly report, dated 19 April 1993, for sampling conducted in February 1993; <br /> 8. A quarterly report, dated 16 August 1993, for sampling conducted in June 1993; <br /> 9. A quarterly report, dated 31 December 1993, for sampling conducted in November 1993; <br /> and <br /> 10. A report, dated 10 June 1994, containing water sample results and information on a <br /> recent soil boring. <br /> By 31 August 1994, submit copies of the requested information to the Board.
