A copy of our
accreditation certificate is enclosed.
Our laboratory does not hold accreditation for the analysis of lead at this time. For
the SRK projects in Weed, CA, we received last fall we subcontracted the lead
analyses to an affiliated California accreditated laboratory. We errored when we did
not subcontract the samples for lead for the Lodi project. Because these samples are
still within holding time for that procedure, I am willing to send these samples out for
re-analysis at no charge to SRK. Please instruct us as to appropriate further action.
Our laboratory is capable of attaining detection limits equal to 0.005 mg/kg in soil for
BTEX by EPA 8020. This is accomplished by using a direct sparge technique instead
of a methanolic dilution/purge and trap procedure. We perform the lower D.L. direct
sparge technique on an "as requested" basis. If future chain of custodies request a j
specific D.L, we will be pleased to provide it.
am confident we came overcome the issues listed above. We look forward to the
opportunity to continue to serve your analytical needs.
--Very ttuiy yours;
RTH CREEK ANALYTICAL, Inc.
t Cocanour
Laboratory Director
r
I
