LOCKEFORD ST., LODI,
CALIFORNIA
Dear Mr. Chan:
Per the requirements of the SJCAPCD Permit to Operate a soil vapor extraction system at the
above-referenced site, Science & Engineering Analysis Corporation (SEACOR) is submitting the
enclosed information detailing the system operating parameters and influent/effluent sample results
through September 1992. Based on an effluent vapor concentration of 73 ppmv measured on ;._.
October 13, 1992, a total VOC emission rate of 2.2 pounds per day (lbs/day) was calculated.
Emission calculations for October 1992 are attached. Based on the above emission rate, the system
continues to operate'within permit limits. Also, please find attached a copy of the analytical
laboratory report for the influent sample collected on October 13, 1992.
• If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (415) 882-1545.
Sincerely yours,
Science & Engineering Analysis Corporation
Gordon G.
