During this <br /> time, SEACOR performed quarterly groundwater sampling and obtained an authority to construct . <br /> a soil remediation system from the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District j7z: <br /> (SJVUAPD). The details of each activity are provided below. <br /> QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> On February 13, 1992, SEACOR collected a groundwater sample from the existing groundwater <br /> monitoring well MW-1A. Prior to sampling of the well, SEACOR measured the depth to j <br /> groundwater in the well using an electronic water level indicator. Groundwater was measured at a <br /> depth of 45.53 feet below ground surface. Groundwater sampling was conducted in accordance with <br /> the procedures described in SEACOR's technical report elated June 11, 1991. <br /> The groundwater sample, identified as MW-1-0292, was submitted to GTEL Environmental <br /> Laboratory (GTEL) of Concord, Calirornia fr)r analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) in accordance with EPA Methods <br /> 5030, Modified 8015, and 8020 and ethylene dibromide (EDB) in accordance with EPA Method 504. <br /> The results of the chemical testing are presented below.
