09 September 1999
AGE-NC Project No. 99-0608
I 4.5. RESULTS'OF GROUND WATER SAMPLE ANALYSIS
h
One grab ground water sample was submitted to a DHS-certified laboratory-for analysis for TPH-g,
TPH-d, TPH-mo, BTEX and MTBE. The laboratory results reported that petroleum hydrocarbon
concentrations exceeding the PQL were not detected in the grab ground water sample.
The analytical results of the water sample.are summarized in Table 1. Copies of the laboratory
reports and chain-of-custody forms are included in Appendix B.
i
5.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Based on data collected during the 23 June 1999 soil probe boring and ground water sampling, AGE
concludes that soil and groundwater has not been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons related to
the UST facility formerly located at the site.
6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon a review of previous data, and data collected during June 1999, AGE recommends that
no further investigative actions related to the UST system formerly at the site be required at the site: .
i
I
s
7.0. LIMITATIONS .
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydro-
geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number
of available data points(e.g. soil samples and ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is-made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc.
7
r
