One <br /> additional MW west of MW-8 is required to further define the groundwater <br /> contamination limits and air sparge well(s) are needed to implement the <br /> 4 <br /> proposed Remedial Acton Plan. <br /> Due to the City of Lodi's (COL) proposed plan to widen the Lower Sacramento <br />' Road near MW#5, you will be required to destroy and replace the well under <br /> PHSIEHD and COL permits (see` nclosed letter). <br /> . - - i <br /> Please submit permits applications and fees to destroy and install wells by April <br /> 2B 2000.
