LODI AVENUE <br /> LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Ms. Turkatte: <br /> Park Environmental Corporation (Park) is in receipt of San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services/Environmental Health Division's (PHS/EHD), February 7, 1996 comments on Park's <br /> November 20, 1995,Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for the subject site. The comments,which <br /> were sent to USA Gasoline Corporation (USA), indicated that the PHS/EHD required additional <br /> information in order to approve the RAP. The information requested included: <br /> • Costs associated with the different remedial options considered at the site; and <br /> • A survey of wells within a one-mile radius of the site. <br /> In response to the PHS/EHD's comments, Park has prepared this addendum outlining costs <br /> associated with various remedial options considered, and the results of a conversations with the <br /> City of Lodi and a reconnaissance survey of groundwater wells in the vicinity of the site. <br /> COST ESTIMATE FOR DIFFERENT REMEDIAL OPTIONS <br /> Based on Park's prior experience at similar sites, and site specific geological and hydrogeological <br /> information, Park selected three remedial action alternatives (RAAs) for consideration at the site. <br /> A brief discussion of the each RAA and the associated costs are outlined below. <br /> 8084 Old Aubum Rd., Suite E 4 Citrus Heights, CA 95610 JA TeL 916.723 1776 or 800.753.7407 ft Fax: 9 i 6.723.7698 f <br />
