A report summarizing the findings of the <br /> investigation was sent to you by Western Geo-Engineers. <br /> The last four quarter groundwater sampling results have shown non <br /> detect in most monitoring wells to very low level contamination in <br /> few wells. In light of this USA proposes to conduct groundwater <br /> monitoring on a semi-annual basis. USA kindly requests you to <br /> approve this plan. USA will soon submit a Corrective Action Plan <br /> for the site and start working towards site closure..
