Lodi Avenue <br /> Lodi, Ca <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, in a recent telephone conversation with Srikanth <br /> Dasappa of USA Petroleum on September 22, 1992, granted <br /> extensions for the submittal of a workplan for additional <br /> monitoring wells and a Corrective Action Plan. These submittals <br /> were requested in a letter to USA Petroleum from this office <br /> dated August 19, 1992 . <br /> The date for the submittal of the workplan for additional <br /> monitoring wells has been extended to November 16, 1992 . The <br /> need for additional groundwater plume definition in the area of <br /> monitoring wells #4 and #6 will be determined after the sampling <br /> of monitoring #4 , which was recently restored. The need for a <br /> monitoring point in the area of the underground storage tanks <br /> is still warranted for the purpose of monitoring the quality of <br /> groundwater in this area. <br /> The date for the submittal of the Corrective Action Plan has been <br /> extended to April 5, 1993. This new date will provide additional <br /> time for the collection of at least four quarters of groundwater <br /> monitoring data.
