(Stratus) is <br /> requesting an extension to install the vapor extraction system at USA Service Station No-65 <br /> located at 2500 West Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California. <br /> i <br /> Stratus prepared design drawings and construction specifications and sent them to qualified <br /> contractors on June 21, 2000. G and E Contractors were retained to perform the installation of <br /> the system. An authority to construct application was submitted to San Joaquin Valley Air <br /> Pollution Control District and on July 5, 2000 permit number N-903-2-0 was issued for this site. <br /> On June 30, 2000 the design drawings and specifications were submitted to the Building <br /> Department for the City of Lodi. Based on our initial conversation with Mr. Phil Schrock, Senior <br /> Building inspector/plans examiner, it was our understanding that the permit process would take <br /> two weeks. <br /> Now, based on conversations with Iver. Roger Houston, Chief Building inspector for the City of <br /> Lodi, we understand that the review process will not be completed until July 24, 2000. <br /> Based on the above information from the Lodi Building Department, we are requesting an <br /> extension for the completion of this installation.
