Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Ed Davis (General Manager). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted behind the front counter. <br /> 3.)Waste tires stored outside of the shop were counted directly. <br /> 4.) Manifests were on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to ed@fcstrucking.com. <br />
