The following table presents a summary of the <br /> findings for the Site. <br /> City Directory Summary <br /> 1971 No listing for Site address <br /> ___F991 No listing for Site address <br /> 1996 No listing for Site address <br /> r 1997 760 North Main Street(Site) Winston Tire Company <br /> 6.2 AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Historical and current uses of the Site and adjacent areas were investigated by reviewing available <br /> aerial photographs for the years 1994, 1998, and 2000 at the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department—Planning Division in Stockton, California. <br /> The general type of activity and land use can often be discerned from the type and layout of <br /> structures visible in an aerial photograph; however, specific elements of a site operation cannot <br /> normally be determined from the photographs.Aerial photographs were not of sufficient quality to <br /> include in this report. Using the reviewed photographic records, SECOR was able to infer the <br /> following uses of the Site: <br /> - Aerial Photograph Summary <br /> Date Comments <br /> 1994 The Site appears vacant. Adjacent properly to the north appears to be developed <br /> with a commercial structure. Adjacent property to the east and south appears to <br /> be vacant. <br /> 1998 The Site appears to be developed with a commercial structure. The property <br /> adjacent to the south appears to contain a commercial structure. The property to <br /> the east is vacant. <br /> 2000 1 The Site remains unchanged. <br /> 6.3 SANBORN FIRE INSURANCE MAPS <br /> A search for available Sanborn Fire Insurance maps for the Site and vicinity was completed via on- <br /> line resources of the Multnomah County, Oregon public library (www.multcolib.or re maps). <br /> No Sanborn maps for the Site area were available for review. <br /> 6.4 ADDITIONAL RECORD SOURCES <br /> No other additional record sources were reviewed. <br /> 6.5 PREVIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS <br /> ` No previous environmental reports were provided to SECOR for review. <br /> 0042 gy store 209 phase 2 reviewed] SECOR International Incorporated <br /> ]0 <br /> r <br />
