' 5.0 REPORTING Condor will prepare a Report of Findings to be submitted to Mr. Donald Geiger, Esquire, of Geiger, Rudquist, Nuss, Coon, Guerriero & Keen, LLP. The report will include a discussion of the field and ' laboratory procedures used to conduct the investigation, a discussion and presentation of the analytical results and subsurface lithology, and recommendations. ' 6.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE Upon approval of this Work Plan by the EHD and notification by the client to proceed, the field portion of the investigation can be completed within approximately two weeks. The tum-around time for ' laboratory analyses is approximately two weeks. A report can be submitted within one week of receipt of the laboratory analytical results.
