0 0 <br /> Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental , Inc . <br /> 09 June 2010 <br /> AGE-NC Proposal No. 10-3543 <br /> Ms. Sharla Hardy <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 22 East Weber Avenue, Room 301 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-2317 <br /> Subject: Proposal for No Further Action Request Report <br /> 601 MAIN STREET INVESTORS PROPERTY <br /> 601 East Main Street, Stockton,California <br /> Dear Ms. Hardy: <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)is pleased to present this proposal for preparation of a No <br /> Further Action Request(NFAR) for the site at 601 East Main Street, Stockton, California. <br /> In a letter dated 28 May 2010,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> directed submittal of an NFAR to evaluate the site for closure. <br /> In accordance with Appendix A - Reports, Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for <br /> Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Storage Tanks, dated 16 April 2004, <br /> prepared by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board), and the <br /> above-referenced EHD letter,the NFAR will include the following items: <br /> 1. The requirements listed in Section 6.6 ofAppendix A-Reports, Tri-Regional Board Staff <br /> RecommendationsforPreliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Storage <br /> Tanks; <br /> 2. Evaluation of the potential for vapor intrusion at the site; and <br /> 3. A comparison of any residual contaminant concentrations to the .San Francisco Bay <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board(SFBRWQCB),Environmental Screening Levels <br /> (ESLs). <br /> The cost for completion of the NFAR will be $2,500.00.
