Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA APN: 149-180-06 <br /> WORKPLAN: Additional Site Assessment Work Plan - Addendum <br /> DATED: March 26, 2010 <br /> PREPARED BY: Advanced GeoEnviron mental —Will <br /> iam Little, P.G. <br /> STATUS: APPROVED, with conditions noted below. <br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORKPLAN [Health & Safety <br /> Code (H&S) Section 25296.10(c)(3)1: <br /> • Advance one push point soil boring to first ground water —30 feet in City of <br /> Stockton property to the east of the former UST pit and collect a ground water <br /> grab sample as required by the EHD. <br /> • Analyze the sample for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline, as diesel and <br /> as motor oil (TPHg, TPHd, TPHmo) and benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total <br /> xylenes (BTEX), lead scavengers (1,2-DCA, EDB), and the fuel oxygenates <br /> (methyl tertiary-butyl ether [MtBE], tertiary-butyl alcohol [TBA], di-isopropyl ether <br /> [DIPE], ethyl tertiary-butyl ether [EtBE], tertiary-amyl methyl ether [TAME]). <br /> • Submit a report of findings to the EHD and Geotracker. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> • The proposed boring is on the City right of way and an encroachment permit is <br /> needed before the EHD can issue a boring permit. Please submit a copy of this <br /> document immediately. Additionally, the groundwater gradient in this area is to <br /> the northeast.
