Enclosed are copies of his report and said violations <br /> marked. The first violation was CCR66265.192 HW tank system assessment. The <br /> tank assessment is currently being done by Accurate Mechanical Design. Engineer <br /> is Jeff Belwood PE. Ca. Reg. M-29705. Enclosed are copies of estimate for <br /> assessment and for work being done 9/10/10 -9/30/10 by Mr.Belwood. <br /> The second violation CCR66265.52 Contingency plain incomplete. A copy of our <br /> Contingency plan has been mailed to each of the following ; California Poison <br /> Control, Lodi Fire Department, Lodi Police Department, Lodi Memorial Hospital, <br /> San Joaquin County Office Of Emergency Services. Please find copies to support <br /> correction of all violations. <br /> Thank You <br />
