No volatile <br /> organic compounds were detected in these samples. Copies of analytical reports and chain-of-custody <br /> records for these samples are attached. <br /> Based on our May 23, 1994 telephone conversation with you regarding the above results, we <br /> understand that the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, will <br /> not take action regarding the detected motor oil, because it does not appear to be related to a known <br /> underground storage tank.
