(Cambria) is pleased to submit this work plan on . <br /> behalf of Equiva Services LLC (Equiva) for a subsurface investigation at the site referenced <br /> t above. The scope of work outlined in this workplan includes the installation of two onsite <br />{ groundwater monitoring wells and one offsite groundwater monitoring well, and a ground water <br /> extraction (GWE) system. f <br /> Cambria is working to coordinate this phase of the investigation and remediation work with IT <br /> Corporation, the consultant for the nearby Nestle site, but have not been able to meet as of the j <br /> date of this workplan. <br /> A detailed description of each of these tasks follows: <br /> MONITORING WELL INSTALLATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Public Health Services.,(SJCPHS) will be notified at <br /> Oakland, CA least 48 hours prior to any field work. Cambria will install ground water monitoring wells in the <br /> Sonoma, CA locations shown in Figure 1.
