(Cambria) is <br /> submitting this work plan addendum on behalf of Equilon Enterprises, LLC (Equilon) for a subsurface <br /> investigation at the site referenced above. This addendum covers work in addition to that outlined in <br /> [" Cambria's Investigation Work-Plan Addendum#3 dated June 30, 1998. <br /> The scope of this addendum includes additional reporting, a conduit survey, a well survey,procurement <br /> of access agreements with nearby property owners, additional analytical work, an analysis of historical <br /> ground water depth, a change in the proposed location of cone penetrometer testing (CPT) boring <br /> locations, tank and piping system inspection and tightness testing, and other issues. All work will be <br /> performed in a prompt and timely manner under the supervision of San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services.(SJCPHS) staff. A detailed description of each of these tasks follows: <br /> CAMBRIA Additional Reporting: Cambria will tabulate the historical ground water analytical data from the well <br /> installation and the quarterly monitoring events on a single table in chronological order. Subsequent <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL quarterly monitoring reports-will also include tabulated historical data. A site map will be included in <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC. future quarterly monitoring reports that will include all detected hydrocarbons.
