It is the desire and intention of EQUILON and OWNER to makc this mutual <br /> �- <br /> Agreement with respect to such Activities. <br /> NOW.THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing the agreements herein stated: <br /> 1. OWNER, and any lessees, licenses or agents of the OWNER, grant to EQLMON. <br /> its contractors, subcorntractors,and their employees and rents, a temporary <br /> license to enter upon the Property for the purposes necessuy for the <br /> petforn=ce of the Activities described hcrcin, and the right to perform al( acts <br /> necessary in connection therewith. Such license to enter shall continue in force <br /> until said Activities are completed to the satisfaction of EQUILON and any <br /> applicable governmental agencies. <br /> 2. Owner and any lessees. licensees or agents of OWNER aLgree not to prohibit. <br /> interfere with or obstruct such entry of Activities upon the Property. and not <br /> to cause or pennit same to be done by others. <br /> 3. OWNER covenants that the temporary license to enter hereby granted EQUILON <br /> is binding upon both it.telf and any present or future lessees or occupants of the <br /> Property and the OWNER will make any grant of righLi to such lessees or <br /> oecupunts subject to EQUILON's license to enter. <br /> 4. EQUILON agroes that such entry upon the Property shall be limited to the extent <br /> necessary for the performance of the Activities underwken by EQUILON for the <br /> purpose%expressed herein. <br /> 3. Upon completion of each of the Activities upon the Property, EQUILON will cause <br /> any cools,equipment, or rnute Ws placed thereon to be removed and will exercise <br /> due diligence to restore the said Property to its former condition. <br /> 6. This agreement i¢ intended and shall be conxtruod only as a temporary license <br /> to enter and conduct the Activities upon the Property and not as a grant of <br /> easement or any other interest in the Property. <br /> 7.
