CAMBRIA
detected are limited to the shallow soil in the immediate vicinity of the southeastern dispenser.
The vertical and lateral extent of detections in soil have been defined by non-detect results in all
other soil samples collected at the site. Cumulative soil sampling results are summarized in
Table 1.
Hydrocarbon Distribution in Groundwater: During the first quarter 2005, no TPHg, BTEX, or
1Y,
o MTBE were detected in any of the wells sampled at the site. No TPHg or BTEX has been
d"detected in
site wells since at least August 2004. No MTBE has been detected in site wells since
0. at least Ono-b2r-00<and MTBE concentrations have been less than 5 ppb in site wells since at
lea October 2001.• Historical groundwater data and the first quarter 2005 groundwater contour
--maps are included in Appendix A.
CHECKLIST OF REQUIRED DATA FOR NO FURTHER ACTION REQUESTS
The site appears to meet the RWQCB-CVR criteria for a low-risk groundwater designation. The
following are responses to the checklist items contained in Appendix A of the Tri-Regional
Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground
Tank Sites, dated April 16, 2004. A copy of the checklist is included in Appendix C.
1. Distance to production wells for municipal, domestic, agriculture, industry and other uses
within 2000 feet of the site;
Distances to identified production wells within a 1/2-mile radius of the site are showed on
Figure 1 and summarized in Table 2. There are two domestic wells, two industrial wells, one
irrigation well, and two municipal wells within 2,000 feet of the site. In addition, there is one
destroyed domestic well,and two abandoned municipal wells within 2,000 feet of the site.
2. Site maps, to scale, of area impacted showing locations of former and existing tank
systems, excavation contours and sample locations, boring and monitoring well elevation
contours,gradients, and nearby surface waters, buildings, streets, and subsurface utilities;
A site vicinity map and a site plan are included as Figures 1 and 2, respectively. Soil sample
locations and the UST area are shown on Figure 2. The first quarter 2005 groundwater contour
maps are presented in Appendix A. '_2
1 ,
0324 6
