(Cambria) is submitting this groundwater monitoring <br /> report on behalf of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance <br /> with the quarterly reporting requirements of 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> • FOURTH QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled selected wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) concentrations. Cambria prepared an area <br /> well survey map (Figure 1) and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map for the deep <br /> zone (Figure 2) and for the shallow zone (Figure 3). Blaine's report, presenting the fourth quarter <br /> 2003 laboratory report, supporting field notes, and the August and September 2003 monthly <br /> sampling results for well MW-6A, is included as Appendix A. <br /> GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION <br /> Interim Groundwater Remediation: Blaine began weekly purging of onsite monitoring well <br /> MW-1 on November 10, 1998 and onsite extraction well EW-1 on March 11, 1999.
