(Cambria) is submitting this groundwater monitoring <br /> report on behalf of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance <br /> with the quarterly reporting requirements of 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> THIRD QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) concentrations. Cambria prepared an area <br /> well survey map (Figure 1), a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map for the deep zone <br /> (Figure 2), and for the shallow zone (Figure 3). Blaine's report,presenting the third quarter 2003 <br /> laboratory report, supporting field notes, and the second quarter 2003 monthly sampling results <br /> for well MW-6A, are included as Appendix A. <br /> GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION <br /> Interim Groundwater Remediation: Blaine began weekly purging of onsite monitoring well <br /> o a k I a n d, CA MW-1 on November 10, 1998 and onsite extraction well EW-1 on March 11, 1999.
