(Cambria) is <br /> submitting this groundwater monitoring report in accordance with the reporting requirements of <br /> • 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> FIRST QUARTER 2000 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California <br /> developed four new monitoring wells, gauged and sampled all wells, and compiled the gasoline <br /> constituents data. Cambria tabulated groundwater monitoring and oxygenate analytical data <br /> (Tables 1 and 2) and prepared groundwater elevation contour maps (Figures I and 2) for the <br /> water-table aquifer and the first underlying aquifer. Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory <br /> report and supporting field notes, is included as Attachment A. <br /> .Interim Groundwater Remediation: Blaine began weekly purging of onsite monitoring well <br /> Oakland, CA MW-1 on November 10, 1998 and onsite extraction well EW-1 on March 11, 1999.
