(Cambria) <br /> is subanitting this groundwater monitoring report in accordance with the reporting requirements of <br /> 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring: On October 25, 2001,Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine)of San Jose, <br /> California gauged and sampled all wells, and compiled the groundwater analytical data. Cambria <br /> prepared a well location map (Figure 1) and two groundwater elevation contour maps (Figures 2 <br /> and 3). Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report and supporting field notes, is included as <br /> Attachment A. <br /> i <br /> Interim Groundwater Remediation: Blaine began weekly purging of onsite monitoring well <br /> MW-1 on November 10, 1998 and onsite extraction well EW-I on March 11, 1999. This practice <br /> continued until the groundwater extraction (GWE) system was started during March 2000. <br /> Oakland, CA I <br /> San Ramon, CA <br /> Sonoma, CA Groundwater Remediation System Operation: Cambria installed a GWE system at this site <br /> which began operation in March 2000 and was shut down in July 2001. Hydrocarbon and MTBE <br /> Cambria concentrations have been substantially reduced in extraction and monitoring wells at the site. <br /> Technology,Inc.
