THIRD QUARTER 1998 ACTIVITIES <br /> Ground Water Monitoring Blaine Tech Services,Inc (Blaine)of San Jose,California gauged and <br /> sampled well MW-1 As requested by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS), <br /> the ground water sample was analyzed for ethylene dibromide and 1,2-dichloroethane by EPA <br /> Method 8010 in addition to the existing analytes Cambria compiled the analytical data (Tables 1 <br /> and 2) and prepared a depth to ground water map (Figure 1) The Blaine report, presenting the <br /> laboratory report and supporting field notes, is included as Attachment A <br /> Soil and Ground Water Investigation Further subsurface investigation was requested by the <br /> SJCPHS in letters dated May 28, 1998 and July 7, 1998 The scope of work was outlined in <br /> Oakland CA Cambria's June 29, 1998 Investigation Work Plan Addendum #3 and July 10, 1998 Investigation <br /> Sonoma CA <br /> Portland, OR testing penetrometer Work Plan Addendum #4 and included cone 1� $ )(CPT , periodic ground water <br /> Seattle WA pumping from MW-1, and sampling of offsite wells Investigation Work Plan Addendum #4 also <br /> included a study of potential vertical and horizontal conduits and the results of a well survey that I <br /> Cambna <br /> Environmental Cambna performed of wells in the surrounding area The results of this phase of the investigation <br /> Technology, Inc were summarized in Cambria's August 17, 1998 CPT Investigation Report <br /> 1144 6511 Street <br /> Suite B <br /> Oakland CA 94608 <br /> Tel (510) 420-070o <br /> Fax (510) 420-9170 <br />
