LLC (Equtva) for the site referenced above We are scheduled to complete the installation of <br /> the GWE system by February 2, 2000, and would like to begin discharging to the sanitary sewer <br /> as soon as possible after that time <br /> Cambria has designed the proposed GWE system for flexibility, and will continually assess <br /> whether the system is operating as required, or needs to be modified to suit changing conditions <br /> and new information <br /> Ground Water Extraction and Treatment System <br /> Description of the GWE System The proposed GWE system will pump ground water from <br /> existing extraction well EW-1 to a treatment compound at the rear of the site, and then to the <br /> Oakland CA sanitary sewer The treatment method for the extracted ground water will be granular activated <br /> Sonoma CA carbon The treated water will be discharged to the sanitary sewer The well locations and <br /> Portland OR GWE system design are shown in Figures 1 through 4 <br /> Seattle WA <br /> Cambria Underground Underground piping will transit pumped water from the wells to the treatment area, and <br /> .,,.„ transmit trentPfl water from the treatment area to the sanitary sewer Utility trench locations are <br /> Technology,Inc shown in Figure 1 Additional piping and electrical conduits have been installed to enable <br /> 4044 65th Street additional wells to be connected to the system if needed in the future <br /> Suite 8 <br /> Oakland CA 94608 <br /> Tel(5ro)420-0700 <br /> Fax(510)420-9170 <br />
