During a
recent meeting with staff from the San Joaquin County Health Services, Environmental Health
Division(PHS/EHD), it was determined that two items need to be provided in order to close both
sites. These items are:
(1) A letter from you stating that the soil excavated from the Fire Station#11 site was
transported to the Fire Station#12 site and was subsequently disposed of with the
Fire Station#12 soil.
(2) Provide tank tracking and rinsate documentation for the Fire Station#12 site.
According to our records, there is an existing purchase order with $2,952.52 remaining for this
work. Upon receipt and acceptance of the noted information by PHS/EHD and their issuance of
closure letters for both sites, payment requests will be considered.
