Subsequently additional <br /> excavation and soil re-tests were performed. See attached <br /> analysis . <br /> The Public Health Services is requesting additional samples be <br /> taken to determine the horizontal and vertical extent of the. <br /> remaining contamination. <br /> The Work Plan shall include the following items and costs: <br /> a) One (1) monitoring well . (40 ' depth min. ) including <br /> groundwater VOC test results . <br /> b) Determine the vertical and horizontal extent of soil <br /> contaminations .
