Therefore, please submit all future remediation proposals <br /> to the attention of Diane Hinson. The only exception to this <br /> policy is when the approved tank removal plan has included a <br /> proposal for a very limited excavation to be performed at the <br /> time of the tank removal. <br /> In order- for PHS/EHD to provide oversight for this site, the <br /> enclosed owner/facility and billing information must be <br /> completed, signed and returned to this office . All contacts, <br /> correspondence and submittals shall be directed .to Linda <br /> Turkatte, Senior RENS. You will be billed for oversight costs <br /> directly from this office. <br /> Should the limited over-excavation currently proposed for the <br /> site fail to sufficiently remediate the contaminated soil, <br /> PHS/EHD will put the site into the Local Oversight Program for <br /> further oversight . <br /> The following comments are concerning the excavation proposal : <br /> 1 . ) The proposal you have submitted is not clear as to the size <br /> limit of the proposed excavation.
