I
Mr. Ron Rowe
C A M B R I A June 19,2000
Reporting:. After the analytical results are received, we will prepare a subsurface investigation
report that, at a minimum, will contain:
• A summary of the site background and history,
• Descriptions of the drilling and sampling methods,
• A figure depicting the calculated groundwater elevation contours and gradient,
• Boring log and well construction diagrams,
• Tabulated soil and groundwater analytical results,
• Analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms,
• A description of soil and water disposal methods,
• Updated geologic cross-sections,
• A discussion of site hydrogeologic characteristics,
• A discussion of the hydrocarbon distribution, and
• Cambria's conclusions and recommendations.
i
SCHEDULE
Upon receiving written work plan approval from the SJCPHS, Cambria will request access to,
offsite property owners and submit boring permit applications . When right-of-entry is secured,
Cambria will schedule the field work. Given our approach to positioning the wells based on
pending data, we propose to submit monitoring well applications after the first phase of work is
complete. Cambria will submit an investigation report approximately six weeks after completing
the field work.
Thank you for your cooperation withthis project. Please call me at (510) 420-3344 if you have
any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc.
