Hunter& Associates for the above, <br /> referenced site. <br /> The work plan is approved with the following conditions. The soil samples <br /> collected from the bottom of the soil boring that appear to not be contaminated <br /> should be analyzed to verify the soil is non detect for contaminants and provide <br /> data that shows vertical delineation. Sufficient contaminated soil samples should <br /> be analyzed so that a mass balance of the contamination remaining can be <br /> prepared. <br /> Once preapproval from the State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund <br /> for the costs of this work has been obtained, a permit application and $89 permit <br /> fee should be submitted to PHS/EHD.
