I regret to say that <br /> I have not kept that promise! I had contracted another individual to do the field <br /> search for wells, but due to the weather and other problems, that task is not quite <br /> finished. The workplan is done, however, and it will be in the mail tomorrow, with <br /> or without the completed well search. That may have to be sent later if l cannot <br /> get it finished in time. <br /> We are investigating the reason for the Cleanup Fund to disallow some of the costs <br /> incurred. According to my records, that work was pre-approved. We will make <br /> sure that this latest workplan will be pre-approved prior to starting the job. <br /> As we have stated several times in the past, we do not believe that any additional <br /> work is required at this site, but will comply with your directive to avoid any problems <br /> with reimbursement from the Cleanup Fund. <br /> Again, sorry for being so tardy; I expected to have this done much sooner, con- <br /> sidering the fact I have reduced my environmental workload by about 75%. <br /> Ragar <br /> W <br /> Win.
