PHS/EHD can only name <br /> those responsible parties identified using the definition in our <br /> contract. <br /> PHS/EHD's responsibility is limited only to the naming of <br /> identifiable responsible parties. PHS/EHD does not in any way <br /> become involved in negotiations between listed responsible <br /> parties in establishing respective responsibilities for the costs <br /> associated with the site cleanup, nor will PHS/EHD attend any <br /> meeting convened for this purpose. <br /> In addition, PHS/EHD files are not made available during meetings <br /> held at this office to discuss site cleanups. Although our files <br /> are public record, there is a process by which these files are <br /> made available for review. Any person or persons wishing to <br /> review files must complete a Public Records Release Application. <br /> In addition, there is a fee associated with public review of <br /> files; however, this fee is waived for the owners of the property <br /> and the listed additional responsible parties. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health tare Setvsces �� <br />
