(GTI) on your behalf. In this work plan GTI proposes to perform a pilot
test to evaluate the effects of combining biosparging with Bioventing as a means to reduce diesel
petroleum hydrocarbon contamination at the above-referenced site. In conjunction with performing
the bios grin i v ningPilot test, GTI also.proposes to perform a dual phase soil vapor extraction
and groundwater extraction pilot test to evaluate the effects of high vacuum vapor extraction to
remove diesel contamination and possibly prevent the spread of petroleum hydrocarbon
contamination that could result from biosparging/bioventing.
EHD approves the above-referenced work plan as submitted for performing the pilot tests. Please
submit a well permit application and pen-nit/inspection fee of$374.to EHD. for the installation of
injection wells.
