State of California-The Resource Agency DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION Exhibit A, Attachment 1 SPECIFICATIONS COVERALLS AND SHOP TOWELS CARNEGIE SVRA MAINTENANCE SHOP 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS A. Scope f work Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to provide six (6) pairs of tan colored coveralls with three (3) different sizes and fifty (50)window towels preferred over standard shop towel. Coverall sizes will need to be worked out with shop supervisor. Anticipated sizes at this time three (3) 44, one (1) 46 and one (1) 52; serviced will need to be preformed weekly to Carnegie SVRA Maintenance Shop, 18600 Corral Hollow Road, Tracy, Ca. 95376 2. CONTRACT A. Teriing nation of Contract Thetate may terminate this contract at anytime during the term hereof by gnotice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to the date wheh such termination becomes effective. B. Breach of Contract Failure to comply with any of these specifications shall constitute a breach of contract. The State, at its option may cancel this contract immediately as the result of such breach as above described. 3. PERFORMANCE A. Contractor shall perform all work to INDUSTRY STANDARDS. Contractor shall perform all work in a safe manner. Contractor shall be liable for any damages to State Park property and public utilities. The State shall notify the Contractor in writing of any unsatisfactory performance. The Contractor shall correct the problem as stipulated in the contract agreement, at no additional cost to the State. In the event the Contractor is unable to perform the contracted services as to quality, quantity, schedule or for any other reason, s/he shall notify the State Representative immediately, and specific instructions shall be issued by the State Representative.
