i
Fuller Mobile Home Pa'
365 E. Louise Ave, Lathrop, California September 18, 1995
Phase III Remediation Workplan Page. 3
I
MW proposes to conduct a groundwater pumping test on MW-3 to determine the
aquifer hydraulic properties and the optimum pumping rate. This will be a 24-hour
test; 12 hours pumping and 12 hours recovery.
The system will tie constructed as shown on Figure 4. A 1-inch pipe will be
installed inside the 2-inch well casing as a riser pipe to the pump. A submersible
pump will be enclosed in a sealed drum, because it's diameter is larger than the well
i casing diameter. Pumped water will be routed through carbon drums and stored
on site in tank(s), awaiting analytical results.
WBF will obtain'a waste water discharge permit from the City of Lathrop for
direct discharge of treated water to an adjacent manhole approximately 50 feet
from well MW-3 (Figure 2). By demonstrating a successful system, WHF will
continue to pump;treat and monitor groundwater as a site remediation process.
Prepared by: a,v
p
H.
Pio.00620
Expires:,lune 30,I936
W11.
