To proceed with closure of this site, please submit to <br /> SJC/EHD a well destruction permit application along with the required $60.00 permit fee <br /> for each parcel of land on which wells to be destroyed are located, and any applicable <br /> access agreements or encroachment permits. San Joaquin County Well Standards must <br /> be followed for proper well destruction procedures. <br /> If you have not already done so, please provide SJC/EHD certification in writing that all <br /> record fee title owners have been notified of your request for closure pursuant to section <br /> 25297.15(a) of the Health and Safety Code. If you are the sole property owner, please <br /> provide a statement of that fact to SJC/EHD (form enclosed). <br /> Forty eight hours notice to SJC/EHD is required prior to all site fieldwork.
