Installation on site of eight ozone sparge wells. Soil samples will be collected during the drilling of the well boreholes <br /> for lithological characterization only. <br /> 2. Installation of a KVA C-Sparger System for interim remediation of the groundwater contaminant plume. <br /> 3. Proposed monitoring of the System will include collection of groundwater samples weekly for the first month of <br /> operation, quarterly thereafter. Groundwater parameters measured will be pH,temperature,'i:conductivity,and <br /> dissolved oxygen. Groundwater analysis will include TPHg,BTEX and fuel oxygenates using appropriate <br /> EPA approved methods. <br /> 4. A Report of the System operation will be summarized in quarterly monitoring reports. <br /> COIVIMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The remediation system will remain in operation for one to two years,or more,depending upon results from <br /> groundwater sampling. <br /> 2. Post remediation monitoring and sampling of water and/or soil will:be conducted as directed by the regulatory <br /> agencies. <br /> 3. Monitoring of the remediation system for breakdown of all daughter products will be conducted as directed by <br /> the regulatory agencies. Analysis for acetone and formaldehyde.must be conducted prior to system startup,and <br /> at least annually thereafter. <br /> 4. A San Joaquin County well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee must be submitted for installation of <br /> the eight remediation wells. <br /> 5.
