Louise Ave. <br /> Manteca CA 95336 <br /> On September 19, 2000 San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS/EHD)was notified by telephone message that Quik Stop Markets <br /> Inc. had directed their consultant, Compliance & Closure Inc., to perform an interim <br /> remediation at the above referenced site. The interim remediation would consist of <br /> pumping water from on-site monitoring well #3 into a 5,000-gallon vacuum truck. A <br /> similar activity took place at this site on March 30, 2000, when approximately 1,300 <br /> gallons of water were removed. <br /> PHS/EHD acknowledges that Quik Stop Markets Inc. is initiating this work, and that it is <br /> being undertaken as an interim remediation only.
