Inc <br /> D <br /> April 15, 2005 S� <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> PE�r0f <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental 1-Iealth Division HEAT,� <br /> 304 E Webei Avenue, 3rd Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Attention Ms Lori Duncan <br /> Subject Second Quarter 2005 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Quik Stop No 121 <br /> 1 196 West Louise Avenue, Manteca, California <br /> (CC[ Piglect No 12118-2) <br /> Deat Ms Duncan <br /> 1 <br /> Compliance & Closure, Inc (CCI) is pleased to submit the Second Quarter 2005 Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Report for the sampling of the thirteen on and off-site groundwater nmonitoung wells <br /> at Qutk Stop Market No 121, located at 1196 West Louise Avenue in the City of Manteca, San <br /> Joaquin County, California(Figure 1) CCI completed the well sampling on Apirl 5, 2005, in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Setvices, <br /> Lrim onmental 1-lealth Division (County) <br /> During the past three months, the watch level in the A-aquifer at the site has ristri appioximatcly <br /> 3 feet, therefore, CCI was able to collect groundwater samples Isom 12 of the 13 wells this <br /> quarter CCI only collected water level data hoin monitoring well MW-12 No water sample <br /> was collected for laboratory analysis, since the well has been free of detectable petroleum <br /> hydiocatbons since the well was installed Octobet 2001 CCI has nionitoied the operation of the <br /> KVA C-Sparge system (System) on a bi-monthly basis to insure proper operation For the three <br /> months ending on April 5, 2005, the System has operated a total of 490 hours, and since it began <br /> operating full time on August 2, 2002, it has operated a total of 9,280 hours The System <br /> compressor and piston valve is not operating properly and has been shutting the System down in <br /> between service calls The groundwatet data collected during April shows the groundwater <br /> contamination has been eliminated from the last remaining area around monitoring well RW-1 <br /> and MW-3 l he results of the monitoring are included in this report <br /> The second quartet groundwater samples were analyzed for total petroleum hydiOLaibons as <br />
