Box 32, Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Quotation No. 2473 <br /> REMEDIATION OF CONTAMINATED SOIL <br /> AND UNDERGROUND WATER <br /> Notice to Bidders: <br /> Qualified environmental consulting firms or other professional firms with <br /> experience in the field of hydrocarbon contamination and remediation are <br /> being invited to submit proposals and cost estimates for a preliminary site <br /> assessment and soil and water investigation for the Manteca Unified School <br /> District site. The site is located at 2901 East Louise Avenue in Lathrop, <br /> California. The successful bidder will provide services under contract to <br /> Manteca Unified School District and will be conducted within the guidelines <br /> for the California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. <br /> Specifications: <br /> A: Objective <br /> The objective of the work is to carry out a preliminary site assessment at <br /> the site, and if necessary a full . soil and groundwater investigation as <br /> defined in Section 2722(a) of the California Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (Title 23,_Division 3, Chapter 16 California Code of Regulations) <br /> at 2901 East Louise Avenue in Lathrop, California. Initially this work will <br /> involve the collection of soil and ground water data to be submitted in <br /> report form to the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental <br /> Health (DEH) for determination of whether or not conditions exist that will <br /> warrant further investigation or remedial action.
