Meet with DEH personnel at least once if required, to discuss any <br /> report deficiencies. Consultant shall correct any report <br /> deficiencies and submit a revised report to the appropriate <br /> agencies. <br /> D. Bidding Requirements <br /> Prospective bidders , must be agreeable to, or meet, the following <br /> specifications: <br /> 1 . Consultant must have at least 5 years experience conducting <br /> under ground storage tank corrective action work in California. <br /> A statement of qualifications attesting to such experience must <br /> accompany the bid package. <br /> 2. Consultant must employ qualified persons and/or sub <br /> contractors to perform the work described above, including <br /> licensed professionals and, other technical professionals, and <br /> possess all necessary licenses to operatewithin the State. <br /> 3. Consultant must carry out the described work in a timely, <br /> professional, safe and legal manner and maintain necessary <br /> records and other safeguards to ensure that reported sample <br /> results are accurate. All- work must be performed and reported <br /> in a manner. acceptable to the DEH. <br /> 4. Consultant must provide at least 5 references for whom the <br /> consultant has performed similar work, in the last 5 years. This <br /> must be provided with the bid package, and should include <br /> names and phone numbers of the person to verify the work <br /> reference. <br /> 5. Consultant must maintain at least 1 million dollars in <br /> General Liability Insurance, and in addition must provide and <br /> maintain at least 1 million dollars in Professional Liability <br /> Insurance (E & O), including accidental pollution coverage.
