iy kTj KLEINFFLDER <br /> The boring was drilled, logged, and sampled following the protocol described in Attachment B <br /> A two-inch well was subsequently constructed in the boring, as described in Appendix B, <br /> Section B-3 1 (A bentonite seal and grout was not used since the well was temporary) <br /> Temporary well B1/TW-1 was screened from 5 to 17 feet bgs, using Schedule 40 PVC pipe with <br /> 0 010 inch factory cut slots Lonestar#2116 sand was used for a filter pack <br /> A total of 4 soil samples and one groundwater sample were collected from boring TW-1 at the <br /> site After collection, the samples were labeled, logged on a chain-of-custody, and immediately <br /> stored in an iced cooler The samples were transported and transferred under chain of custody <br /> control to Kleinfelder's office and then transported to Sequoia Analytical of Sacramento, <br /> 1 California (Sequoia) for chemical analyses Sequoia is certified by the California Department of <br /> Health Services (DHS) to perform the requested analyses <br /> 1 Soil cuttings and water generated while drilling were placed in labeled 55-gallon drums and <br /> stored on site pending chemical analysis <br /> 20-1311-40 E01/2019R039 Page 6 of 13 <br /> ©1999,Klemfelder,Inc January 20, 1999 <br />
